Jigs and fixtures used to create segments safely will be presented as well as methods for determining the number of segments needed. Students will be shown the process for glue-up and we'll cover the tips and tricks for tuning these fun projects. Students will not be making a project in this class, this is an informational course.

This is a two part class. In part 1 students will build a form, prep wood, mix and pour epoxy to form a river style table top. In part 2 they will de-mold, flatten, sand, and attach hairpin legs. The table top will be approximately 18"x18" and also fit the legs of our Fundamentals of Woodworking: End Table class project. Our Learn the Basics: Resin Tables class is required prior to taking this class.

Students will learn how to build a wall cabinet with a face frame with an adjustable shelf and French Cleat for hanging on the wall. This class does not cover doors, but the door making class will make a door to fit this cabinet.

Students will learn one of many methods for constructing a Frameless (Euro-style) Base Cabinet and toe-kick. This cabinet will be suitable for drawers or shelves (neither of which are covered in this class). 3 Drawers can be made in our Drawers Class that will be sized to fit this cabinet. A Door can be made in the Doors Class as well.
In this class students will get hands on experience making a variety of rip and cross cuts, as well as using some basic table saw jigs and accessories. Table Saw I class is required prior to attending Table Saw II.
In this 2-Part class students will construct the segmented rings of their bowl in part 1 and then return to turn it in part 2! It is strongly recommended that students take our Learn the Basics: Segmented Turning before this class as we will not be covering all the details of segment construction and design in this class.
In this class we will explore a few styles of cabinet doors. Students will make a door that fits the Wall Cabinet from our Cabinetry 101 class that features a beveled raised panel made on the table saw and router table.
